This is a recurring subscription, deducted weekly. It includes weekly check-ins with our team, an extensive meal plan and a rigorous training plan. 

Weekly check-ins will provide the opportunity to discuss your progress with our team, and make any necessary changes to your diet/training as we all see fit.
